"I have a basic understanding of construction and has rehabbed over 15 homes and multi-unit developments over the past 30 years. I have been involved with litigation matters with contractor disputes, construction defects, developer turnover matters, fire losses and mold remediation. If any associations are going through any of these types of issues, I am able to help.

I utilize a hands-on approach on all properties that we manage. This is the reason we only represent Associations within a 60 minute commute to our location. It allows us to perform site visits when needed or requested. Depending on your management agreement certain fees may be applied for this service."
